"Le personnel est particulièrement chaleureux, disponible, agréable et souriant. Presque tous parlent français et font l’effort de le parler. Buffet riche et varié, tout le monde y trouve son bonheur. Les chambres sont correctes et le ménage fait tous les jours. Seul bémol mais sans importance pour nous puisque nous ne recherchions pas ce critère, c’est l’animation. La plage est située à quelques mètres. Séjour très agréable."

"Just left after a really lovely 3 nights at the Grand Hyatt Barcelona ! It’s just over 45 mins from the airport terminal to the hotel via the metro (very simple to navigate) and the check in process was easy. Reception was helpful with ideas on where to visit. The room was nice and clean with all the amenities you’d need. The super king bed was very comfortable. The hotel is located 5-10 min walk from the Spotify camp nou, 7 mins walk to the metro and 10 mins walk to a lovely shopping centre...

"This is a beautiful resort with excellent customer service. The grounds are immaculate, and our room was lovely. We were upgraded to an ocean view, which was amazing. We chose to do the bed and breakfast option, for we had to work during the week, and I am glad we did for this isn't really a "drink all day" vibe.
