Great little hotel very close to central station, which is just a few minutes on the metro or light rail to the harbour. Staff were lovely, and there's complimentary coffee/tea available in reception 24 hours.

It was a great stay the hotel staff were lovely. I loved the little touches such as lollies and treats in the lobby each day. The constant availability of coffee was also a great addition and the little breakfast snacks very welcome. My only gripe would be the design of the room. Sitting on our toilet you had a main beam coming from ceiling to floor almost between your legs and the toilet paper roll holder was almost behind you and the shower shelf was in an odd place so you could easily bump your head if your eyes were closed.

I’m a regular guest here - you can read my previous reviews within this site. All stays are excellent: great location, great staff, great complimentary light breakfast. Close to transport hub and dining options, walkable. If the price is right, this is a terrific option for a Sydney visit.

Brilliant staff! They also have unlimited free coffee through the day, and pastries in the morning. Really well located, close to the tram and train station. Super clean as well. The only con was the bathroom - who did think having glass doors was a good idea? Not a huge fan of the shower curtains either.

Hello, So i have stayed here many times. I love the great location it's in, The lobby is quirky and the snacks area is Amazing. The room was nice and simple, The Shower felt a little weird, As I walked in there was no privacy with 2 office blocks opposite. That was my only issue. As I say excellent transport links and 5 mins to central 10 mins to Surry Hills and has light rail ti Circular Quay and cbd. And there is a great old pub across the road.

It was all good. Fair price. Spacious room, tiny TV though. Comfortable room. On the last day they charge me again by mistake while my room was already paid, luckily I get notifications when I get charged so I quickly realised and told them. Refund was issued but now I have to wait days to get money back. Didn't enjoy that!
