Cari Hotel di Wilayah Al Madinah

"Good stay affected by the worst and laziest housekeeping I've ever experienced. Rooms were never cleaned before 4 pm despite several reminder calls a day. I stayed for 6 days and they only changed the sheets on day 5, only because I asked them to. To top it off, I told the room cleaner that I would leave a tip on my final morning. That was the only time in 6 days he bothered to show up in the morning. Shame on Pullman for hiring such lazy employees. Not staying here again. "

"A refresh is needed. Movenpick is one of my favourite hotels in Madinah for various reasons. My room however was run down. Cupboard and drawer doors were falling off their hinges. Temperature control in the shower was broken (unfixed even after complaining). Housekeeping didn't bother to change sheets or vacuum floor (5 day stay so it was a consistent pattern). "

"Nice place near profit mosque"

"Beautiful rooms, very helpful and polite personnel would definitely stay here again"

"All great, we enjoyed our stay at Rasia hotel. Staff are very kind, friendly and very helpful. the bus is moving regularly to Alharam Alnabawi and we did not find any difficulties in this regard. Only the breakfast space is a bit tight and did have all varieties but I think this was not important at all as the overall stay was very great."

"Abdu Rahim room boy was simply amazing ! He is an asset to the hotel! The staff were helpful friendly and eager to please! Everything about the hotel is brilliant! Thank you to everyone from reception to room boy to porters. Truly spectacular experience !"
