"Our stay at Rewaq Residence was excellent. The apartment was super clean, well maintained, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There is a tuck shop just beneath the apartment, which is very convenient. Uber works perfectly in this area and is very easy to find in most cases, we waited only 4 to minute's. "We stayed at the hotel from the 16th to the 20th, and our experience was truly exceptional. Despite arriving very early in the middle of the night, the staff on duty—Mr. Mojammel and Sohel, along with the night manager—went above and beyond to ensure our comfort from the very moment we arrived. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel immediately welcomed and relaxed. Throughout our stay, we had the pleasure of meeting many wonderful people who made our experience even more memorable, especially the restaurant manager, Aladin, and the floor attendant on Level 8, Sahudul, whose attentiveness and warm hospitality were outstanding. We wholeheartedly and highly recommend this hotel. Choosing this place for our stay in Madinah was one of the best decisions we made, and we will always remember the exceptional service and sincere hospitality we received. Our final thanks to Duty manager at reception Mr Zyati..hope i spell his name correct "
