"Good stay affected by the worst and laziest housekeeping I've ever experienced. Rooms were never cleaned before 4 pm despite several reminder calls a day. I stayed for 6 days and they only changed the sheets on day 5, only because I asked them to. To top it off, I told the room cleaner that I would leave a tip on my final morning. That was the only time in 6 days he bothered to show up in the morning. Shame on Pullman for hiring such lazy employees. Not staying here again. "

"Definitely will come again. I really enjoyed it and even extended my stay longer because it was very pleasant. The rooms are super clean which is most important. The service is about 4/5. Most of the people are excellent but sometimes I felt to find my booking took long. But they always solved every question and they were SUPER friendly! The breakfast is good and reasonable price. The dinner is also good but I think 70 Riyal is a bit expensive I think 55 or 60 is better to consider other people...

"This is a most wonderful comfortable hotel located so close to the Mesjid-e-Nabavi. I have been staying at this same hotel each time I come to the Holy City of Medina Munawara. The staff is the best of any hotel I have ever stayed at. Professional, courteous and most helpful. Recommended!"
