"We stayed at the hotel from the 16th to the 20th, and our experience was truly exceptional. Despite arriving very early in the middle of the night, the staff on duty—Mr. Mojammel and Sohel, along with the night manager—went above and beyond to ensure our comfort from the very moment we arrived. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel immediately welcomed and relaxed. Throughout our stay, we had the pleasure of meeting many wonderful people who made our experience even more memorable, especially the restaurant manager, Aladin, and the floor attendant on Level 8, Sahudul, whose attentiveness and warm hospitality were outstanding. We wholeheartedly and highly recommend this hotel. Choosing this place for our stay in Madinah was one of the best decisions we made, and we will always remember the exceptional service and sincere hospitality we received. "The carpet in the room was dirty. Even I requested to clean.but no show .. Otherwise very very close to masjid Nabvi. But men area from this facility great. But for women is very far to pray in masjid Navi women area. For women you have to find other hotels.. Because women have to long walk for prayer in masjid Nabvi. Don’t recommend for women z But for men is the best hotel.."
