"Good stay affected by the worst and laziest housekeeping I've ever experienced. Rooms were never cleaned before 4 pm despite several reminder calls a day. I stayed for 6 days and they only changed the sheets on day 5, only because I asked them to. To top it off, I told the room cleaner that I would leave a tip on my final morning. That was the only time in 6 days he bothered to show up in the morning. Shame on Pullman for hiring such lazy employees. Not staying here again. "

"First of all - it can’t be 4 star hotel. I usually stay Pullman Madina but choose Rotana due to being new facility. Location - Rotana it’s all the way to corner ( if you have family if you have walk 5/7 mins or more to go gate 369(Rawdah ) and women section gate 29 ( 10 mins walk) which is not fun for kids to family. Only advantage of the location is Lulu Supermarket you can eat and grab some snacks quickly. Breakfast- it’s only good if you have no food allergies. My younger daughter has egg...
