Hotel dengan Daftar Masuk Awal di Madinah

"Good stay affected by the worst and laziest housekeeping I've ever experienced. Rooms were never cleaned before 4 pm despite several reminder calls a day. I stayed for 6 days and they only changed the sheets on day 5, only because I asked them to. To top it off, I told the room cleaner that I would leave a tip on my final morning. That was the only time in 6 days he bothered to show up in the morning. Shame on Pullman for hiring such lazy employees. Not staying here again. "

"Great location and a wonderfully helpful team. The welcome was amazing, while they handled our paperwork and room assignments, they offered us tea, juices, and snacks. Such a thoughtful touch, we loved it!"

"A refresh is needed. Movenpick is one of my favourite hotels in Madinah for various reasons. My room however was run down. Cupboard and drawer doors were falling off their hinges. Temperature control in the shower was broken (unfixed even after complaining). Housekeeping didn't bother to change sheets or vacuum floor (5 day stay so it was a consistent pattern). "

"The room smells of paint and toilet smell really bad"

"J'ai loué pour 6 personne il n'y'avait qu'un grand lit et 2 petit lits. Pour la 6eme personne il y'a eu un matelas par terre. Ils ont laissé un chat mort sous la fenêtre malgré notre demande de l'enlever."
