"Amazing place to stay very close to the haram. Very clean rooms with excellent faculties and a great spread out breakfast. Very helpful and courteous staff. I used to be a regular at a hotel opposite Makarem but henceforth this is my permanent stay. Thanks to everyone at Makarem."

"The room were clean, but they have a bad drain system as the bathroom smelled like sewage. Still I give them a 5 star because they allowed us to check out late. We only stay for two nights before our trip to Makkah. Going to from the Masjid was an easy process with their shuttle. The breakfast was simple, but good. For a quick two nights, I would choose it again. The last porter we met Shahin Alam was truly a gem and is the ultimate reason I am leaving a 5 stars, thank you for your help!"

"The receptionist was very helpful and friendly, hotel staff Mahruf Hossain was very helpful. Concierge was excellent at his job and very polite. Overall was amazing. I would stay next time as well. For hotel amenities, they should have provided a prayer mat and a Quran inside room."

"El hamdoulilah, l'hôtel était au dessus de mes attentes, moderne, propre, calme, proche du haram, la chambre est équipée de tout, rien ne manque, le personnel est accueillant, souriant, très professionnel, à l'écoute est surtout mon frère FAHD qui m'a mis à l'aise depuis mon arrivée jusqu'à mon départ et qui était au petit soins, demande tu trouve , un grand merci à FAHD , que dieu le protège, bénisse et lui accorde le succès. Je reviendrai inch'Allah"
