"Good stay affected by the worst and laziest housekeeping I've ever experienced. Rooms were never cleaned before 4 pm despite several reminder calls a day. I stayed for 6 days and they only changed the sheets on day 5, only because I asked them to. To top it off, I told the room cleaner that I would leave a tip on my final morning. That was the only time in 6 days he bothered to show up in the morning. Shame on Pullman for hiring such lazy employees. Not staying here again. "

"Rooms were abit dated, however everything went well. Breakfast spread was good; limited seats available, but overall still ok. Hotel staff/ cleaners regularly check with us at the corridor if we need cleaning or anything for the room. "

"The hotel is great. The room is small, but in great condition. The area around the ND the hotel has no nearby grocery nor restaurant, so you have to have access to delivery application for even small thing you might need"
