"Clean and nice staff"

"The Snooty Fox is a lovely pub/hotel offering a cordial and welcoming atmosphere. Our room was beautifully decorated with a very comfortable bed. We enjoyed an evening meal and a very nice breakfast. The staff are terrific and efficient. Our short stay was enjoyable and great value for money. We’ll go back anytime. Tetbury is delightful and walkable with many interesting individual shops."

"Everything was great. The check in was hassle free, the staff were very polite and professional and the room, perfectly clean. I did have an issue with the heater not keeping the room warm, when I arrived, but the 2 staff who dealt with it, went out of their way to solve the issue. The Hotel is very conveniently situated and there is ample parking and no potholes, unlike a similar Hotel nearby. The buffet breakfast is plentiful, varied and delicious. "First time staying here for the Malvern Show. I was given the top floor self catering flat and it was so comfortable. Just like a home from home. Even though it was self catering, I had bread, butter, milk, jam/marmalade/honey and orange juice in the fridge which was complimentary. Food in the pub in the evenings was lovely, tasty and hot. "Our second stay at the Swan Hotel in Bibury, a charming, historic carriage house, we stayed in one of the adjacent stone cottages complete with kitchenette, cozy fireplace, upstairs bedroom and full bathroom, a second toilet and shower on first floor. Clean, welcoming staff, and historic country charm. Will choose Swan Inn again on our next visit. "
