"Room was lovely, very comfortable bed and products in the bathroom were of high quality.
All the staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly Jack who found me softer pillows at 10pm when I asked.

"Really enjoyed 2 nights at your hotel. Rooms were clean and well appointed . One suggestion is that they need hand holds in shower/bath as getting in is challenging due to height of tub. Otherwise, A+++"
"On arrival the desk staff (4 of them) didn’t even acknowledge us when we walked in. The one that eventually did was very helpful.
The room and facilities were good although when you book a room for 3 it isn’t rocket science to work out that you will need 3 cups, coffee pod, robes, etc. One of the 2 robes in the room was badly ripped and unusable.
Food in the bar was good but service was very poor and we felt like a nuisance rather than a guest paying these prices per night. Very poor.
