"Rooms were not clean. Staff were rude. We paid extra for the buffet breakfast and it was not good. It’s not worth the money. They have the same food everyday for the breakfast. Rooms are poorly maintained and we even found dirty socks that did not belong us. We left the day and asked for our room to be cleaned. We returned at 5 pm and the room was still not clean. They held our bags and food leftovers for us, helped me figure out the hot drink vending machine, and were very sympathetic when I had an issue with the room lighting, even though they weren’t able to resolve it. "We booked the Alpine Suite and they were extremely spacious and clean. All the staff were very helpful during peak season and even accommodated a last minute room change since the top floor rooms were noisy when it rained. We had the breakfast buffet on the last morning and there was a great selection with a barista made coffee included.
