Our stay was truly special and memorable. First of all, the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and polite, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. "There was no water supply during the day time that I stayed there for two weekends. Imagine checking in wanting to take a shower and no water supply. The receptionist didn’t even inform the guests. On the last day of my stay, the lift broke down and I had to carry my heavy luggage down 6 storeys through a tiny staircase. This is my 2nd time with this place, but this time, it’s a defining moment not to stay with this place again."
