"The check-in-person, a nice lady was friendly and helpful. The check out gentleman needs to be trained on customer service. He was on his phone and seemed bothered that you interrupted his phone time. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. A couple of issues were the toilet would not flush and the toilet seat was loose. I was able to fix both. Breakfast was typical, nothing fancy. "We stayed for 3 nights and thought the quality was good and price was fair. Breakfast was typical hotel fare. Decent and filling. waffle, cereal, fruit, eggs and sausage. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff we encountered were friendly. I would choose this place again."

"Breakfast was great and enjoyed by both hubby and myself. The room was very clean, and the air conditioning was absolutely great as I sleep very well w/room at 66 deg!The mattress was great and added to my great sleep. Will definitely book at this hotel again when next we are in the neighborhood"

"The lobby itself was nice and clean, but once you get up the elevator you can see it’s not in best condition. From the walls to the floor. I stayed for 2 nights, upon opening the bathroom there were bugs on the floor. Grossed out but we came back from sequoia so we were too tired to care. The next day after our Yosemite trip we came back and our room key didn’t work, after that got figured out we saw that they came in to cleaned the room and after I didn’t find any bugs again.
