"To start with, our room was not ready when we got to the hotel and it was check-in time. If the maid was just finishing up that would be fine, but the room was wide open, the bed unmade, dirty towels everywhere, and no one in or around the room. It made me flashback to a time I tried to rent a room in another city and was told I would need to change the sheets myself. Yikes! I went back to the office and the desk clerk didn't know where the cleaning person was. I asked if they had another room...

"This is a great family vacation stay. The property has everything and you cannot beat the location! Right on the beach and walking distance to restaurants. Not that you need to go anywhere, there are plenty of eating places on site that are delicious. The staff is so helpful and nice, you really never need to leave. "The staff were incredibly nice and welcoming. I made an error in booking my hotel for the duration of my stay and they assisted me and fixed everything with no fuss. The room was perfect!- clean, bright, extremely comfortable bed. I was shocked at the considerately placed multi charger and used it every single day. My next trip to San Diego? Definitely staying here again!"
