"The Kings Inn could use a deep cleaning along with a face lift. When I walked into the lobby, I experienced an unpleasant smell. The elevator was off-limits to guests, unless accompanied by housekeepers. The $15 parking fee (no security present in lot) coupled with boisterous neighboring room guests were noteworthy.
