"This is not a hotel it’s a shared apartment in the middle of an ugly neighborhood. When I got inside the toilet was so dirty the kitchens was full of trash and I was now stuck in a noisy apartment full of drunk college kids. Also, I paid $18 for a parking space and somebody was already parked there. "

"T.J. was an excellent and accommodating host! He had intimate knowledge of the area and made great suggestions for us to make the most of our time in LA. The property itself was beautiful, and my partner and I wish we'd had more time to thoroughly enjoy it. If we are ever back in LA, though, The Patrician is definitely at the top of our list for a place to stay! "
