One was thicker than the other and very dense. More pillow options would be helpful. We never saw a staff member or talked to anyone. There wasn't a place to check-in when we arrived. I was texted a code for getting into our room. Also, they advertise that breakfast is included with the room, but...

"Our room 'volume 1" was excellent. Large king size bed, love the double shower heads and comfortable couch. My suggestion is to have a box of tissues in the room/bathroom and have sugar or sweetener in the room to go with the coffee maker. I went out to get a up of coffee in the main house/lobby area, but there were no cups (ceramic or paper) to make a cup of coffee. It would be nice to have paper coffee cups "to go". Nice size desk if needed, but a pen or pencil with a small note pad would...
