Well kept, clean, and relaxing. The staff is helpful and the breakfast is very good. Located on the main avenue, you can stroll the shops, enjoy local restaurants, walk the beach a block away, or enjoy the view from your balcony (upstairs rooms). Great stop in the Central Coast’s Last Little Beach Town.

Our stay was delightful…the bed and breakfast was beautiful and clean. Everyone was helpful. I would probably change or add to the breakfast menu. Maybe something more healthier for us older folks. Other than that I would go back and stay for our next trip. Thank you!

This bed and breakfast was absolutely beautiful. Room was very spacious. Loved the Jacuzzi tub. Which was separate from actual shower/toilet. Very clean and comfortable. Very quiet. They even have a shower to rinse off if coming from the beach. Beach is within walking distance. Also several eateries within walking distance. Oh and breakfast was delicious as well. Thank you Cayucos Sunset Inn.

While the room was spacious and luxurious, it was really the warmth and care from the staff that stood out. From evening cookies to breakfast to the wonderful energy from the owner at breakfast, this is the type of place one visits again and again.

Great quiet location with wonderful staff. Family owned BnB where you know they love and take pride in what they do. Ellie was a young, beautiful, energetic young lady who took care of all our needs with a warm smile. Can’t say enough about how we enjoyed our stay which included a delicious daily breakfast.
