"I was looking for a budget hotel close to work and it was a perfect solution. No specific service but a cheap canteen, mini shop and laundry. Internet was good but not accessible in the room (only shared spaces and lobby). It seemed to be a student, youth residence. Big supermarket on the other side of the road. Very good beds ("superior" room), super clean."

The room was nice enough, no frills but good for what we needed. The shared bathroom was not great though, and could do with some attention. "Our stay at the Backyard Inn was nothing short of a nightmare. The experience felt like actually sleeping outside with the chickens. The pod smelled of chicken waste, the sink didn’t drain, and the noise was unbearable—constant chicken noises, roosters crowing, and no peace or quiet to rest. We couldn’t wait to leave. The only saving grace was the staff, who were friendly and helpful, but that does not make up for the dreadful conditions. I would never stay here again. Avoid this place unless...
