"I am very disappointed in choosing this hotel. I was given a miserably small room on the first floor. The air conditioning in the room was not working properly, therefore I had to leave the window open to cool the stuffy room. I am not sure if the rooms soundproofing is of any good, but because of my open window, my sleep was disturbed in the middle of the night either by drunk passers-by or Madrids Sanitary Department collecting rubbish. The only positive thing I can mention about this hotel...

"I really enjoyed my stay! Room was spacious, well put together and impeccably clean all the time. Front desk staff were great all the time. Cleaning staff and breakfast staff always had a smile and always eager to serve. Would definitely go back to stay with them."
