The location is very convenient. I had a little confused finding the place because there is not sign, but I think is a thing in Zona Colonial because many restaurants and bars has not sign neither. The place is clean. Is close to everything. If you are a picky person is not for you because is a very simple place, but clean and very good situated.

Cold shower with no water pressure. Owners did attempt to remedy reservation problems but lack communication with customers. Was accidentally checked out of my room although accommodation was confirmed twice. When I returned to enter my room, my possessions were in bags and I was escorted to another hotel, which management paid for. These are good people but need better communication unfortunately.
