A éviter!

Déçue ! Une chambre angoissante ! Très petite, pas entretenue, pas propre (poils dans le lit et dans le lavabo), salle de douches minuscule, matelas inconfortable, le petit déjeuner se definissait par quelques rondelles de banane, un café ou jus d'orange, 1 omelette et 1 tranche de pain grillé et 1 biscotte avec du beurre... Le quartier flippant ! Seule durant mes 2 nuits, je ne suis pas sortie de la chambre. La piscine est un bassin où mouches et cafard flottaient... Je ne le conseille pas du tout !

Great value

Loved our stay here we ended up staying for a whole week. Breakfast absolutey gorgeous. Nice pool , comfy bed. Manager of hotel was such a Nice person

Las fotos son engañosas, el lugar donde se ubica está muy descuidado, y el hotel no está sucio pero tiene mala apariencia, la habitación está demasiado simple, lo bueno que ofrece es la tv(sin cable) aire acondicionado, el valor Sta decente (pésimos artículos de higiene de lo más barato), la cama no está mal, pero si vas en pareja si incómoda, el desayuno no varía, las escaleras están pesadas para subir. Puede estar barato pero no vale la pena, vayan a otro lugar.

Service VIP vue parc dans le "vieux" Cancun

De passage 1 nuit en voyageur solo, cet hotel fût presque parfait du point de vue du rapport qualité/prix ! Personnel vraiment trés professionnel, sympathique et serviable ! Points importants : - chambres très simples de 13m carré mais munies d'un balcon privée vue parc - toute équipée (sdd privée, clim, TV) - matelat mou - terrasses collectives, rooftop très agréable - stationnement facile et gratuit au pied de l'hotel - toutes commoditiées à moins de 15 min a pieds et ADO / collectivos à 20 min Et encore une fois, acceuil comme à la maison et aux petits soins, même pour vous ouvrir à 3h du matin, avec le sourir !

The staff is amazing and the breakfast was delicious. It was safe and cheap. The bed was horrible, our view was of a dump, and we were overall disappointed.

Check-in process was nonsense. We were initially denied our room even though we had pre-paid for it in Expedia. The clerk wanted proof from me it was paid. Luckily I had the receipt with me, but this was unacceptable to the clerk. He wanted to see that it had been charged and paid for to a credit card. Couldn't he have simply called Expedia if he wanted "proof"? For some reason, he accepted an email confirmation from Expedia instead (which had even LESS information than the receipt). Aggravating, unreasonable, stressful and unnecessary. I've had over 300+ hotel stays and this is a first. Can't recommend, and if you do decide to complete your stay, make sure to have everything printed (emails, receipts, etc.) and ensure you can call Expedia if there are issues.

The room is small and the breakfast is not the best quality,but you get what you pay for. Overall a good place if you need to stay one night in Cancun to leave to get a flight or take the ferry to Isla Mujeres.

O hotel não é legal . As fotos enganam bastante. Não tem elevador e não tem quartos térreos. O quarto é bem pequeno e não tem frigobar. A cama é muito mole. Café da manhã ok mas sem muita opção.

Cheap but not worth it

The rooms were smaller than I expected. The breakfast is good, but it can be that it won't be sufficient for you. Additionally, during the weekend, you have the risk that the neighbors start drunk "singing" rancheras from 4 am till 8 am.

Die Unterkunft ist im Zentrum von Cancun. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und ich würde sie auch als relativ sicher bezeichnen. Das Personal ist super nett und hilfsbereit, vor allem der Manager. Die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit ist gut für ein 3-Sterne Hotel. Das einzige was ich zu bemängeln habe ist, dass es keinen Safe im Zimmer gibt.

Todo muy bien, solo las camas son un poco aguadas pero es cuestión de gustos, hace falta mantener la alberca en mejores condiciones de limpieza, por lo demás muy bien todo.
