For the price point and location- five star. It’s not a fancy or updated building or room, but they’re nice enough, clean, cool, amazing location for the nightlife and the staff were superb! They held my luggage before and after my stay till I could check in and till my flight, delivered it to the room for me. Cafe around the corner less than a minute walk. 24 hour conscience and drug store Inside the building and the mom and daughter running it are wonderful! The nearby vendors are great and will remember you by day 3! I’ll be back!!

It’s just very hard to find this hotel even though it’s just blocks away from night life area. Hotel is passable and sleep-able doesn’t have much else we stayed here for a night since our flight was late at night,the next day we checked in to our all inclusive hotel.

Staff was amazing. Location very central in the hotel zone.. half the time there wasn't hot water but it's common for mexico. Two pool tables free to use. As we were leaving they were fixing the hot tub by the pool tables. The hotel had so much character unlike the white washed other hotels. Beautiful Mayan statues outside, water fall beside the staircase to go outside. 100% book again

Hola, buenas tardes, todo estuvo excelente, desde el personal siempre muy amable y atento. Todos los servicios muy bien desde tener agua caliente.
