I had a reservation for two nights. On the second day, we stepped out to visit a nearby beach, and when we returned, we found that the door to our room was open. When we questioned the staff about this, they spoke in Spanish among themselves and did not provide a clear explanation or answer as to why the door had been opened.

Great place, everything was amazing — clean, cozy, and with a pleasant atmosphere. I especially liked the privacy and comfort of the rooms. The only downside is that to leave, you have to call a local number or send a WhatsApp message to open the garage. If your phone is dead or you don’t have service (for example, on a short one-day trip), this could be a real inconvenience. It would be great if they offered an alternative way to exit.

This is an hourly rate hotel. It is not for staying in for a week. No blanket Bed was horrible. Vinyl covered with a sheet. I booked it for a week and moved out after 1 night.

We’ve stayed here before and previous stays were better. In general, this is an excellent and FUN place to stay near the airport, and we will be back. But this particular time: there were no towels in the room, and took a while to get some; first TV remote didn’t work; then the next remote worked, but the TV adult channels didn’t work; the wifi didn’t work; and a few other minor annoyances.

This is a brothel. Pure and simple. Without the hookers. If you close the garage door you are locked in. No windows, no escape.

The staff were only spanish spoken. They lock the garage. We had to keep yelling for 15 mins to get the garage open so we could get out of our rental room. Theres no front desk or any info for check in or check out. Just a intelcom to talk someone who only speaks spanish.

Arab VIP was good value for money

The arab vip suite was very good value for money. Things others mentioned were normal practice of no key for room, although I got one on request on a differe t booking. No ac controller was supplied but pther rooms.nkrmally have it, evebtually I asked for ac to be turned on and ot was left on for the last two days. Staff will help but the security generally requires spansish. The whole process is easy enough. I got an ear infection on leaving, it may have been from the jacuzi but not sure. Overall was a good deal even with the little things. If you have access to a pole dancer the arab vip is an experience in itself. The bed in the arab is not as large as other rooms but comes with silky drapes and the pole dance section imo is much nicer. Overall I like the layout of the arab vip pver the red room and semcasiones rooms. This end of the complex can hear the highway a little.
