"If you want to get relaxed, its your place since its an adults hotel no kids and mostly old people so you can easily relax, not much party just the basic thing. Food was good."

"The resort is beautiful and very well maintained. The moment we walked in we were greeted and our drink order taken and pina colada's brought to us while we waited to check in (which too k a very long time). We had a lovely room with ocean views and every morning we watched the sunrise from our balcony and listened to the birds singing. You could hear the ocean waves, if up early. The AC in our room seemed to have difficulty keeping up at times but it was sufficient. Our room was cleaned daily and the mini-fridge restocked with beverages. The pools were crystal clear and enjoyable. We met lots of new people at this pool. Our favorite one was the swim up bar, which has the best bartenders. Honestly, all service, by every individual we encountered was phenomenal! We enjoyed the many food options and the varying choices. The daily buffet reminded us of the Vegas buffets. Food for days! We weren’t there long enough to even try all the restaurants. We went to Sinsai (hibachi), where we celebrated my boyfriend’s birthday dinner. The other we tried was Marina, (Brazilian steakhouse) both were delicious and again, service at the buffets and restaurants were top-notch!! The only disappointment was finding out the game room, was for kids only. We adults enjoy playing pool and foosball! Overall, an excellent all-inclusive resort experience and we look forward to returning! "

"Took my kids and mom on their first out of the country vacation and this hotel exceeded my expectations! I had read the reviews and made the choice to book as it was family friendly. We had the junior family suite and it was huge! The view was perfect our balcony overlooking the whole resort. Maribel our housekeeper made sure to arrange my sons teddy bears every night she paid attention to these tiny details that showed she cared about us feeling at home. Adrian our concierge welcome us and was extremely accommodating. The spa is a must! Food at the buffet was sooo good my kids had a ball. Bluewater grill was my favorite the steak cooked to perfection and service was on point! Make sure you take advantage of the activities with Mimi the activities staff really do a fabulous job at engaging with everyone! Lastly we celebrated my son’s birthday and they treated us with some delicious treats! Thank you for treating us all so well!"

"This resort never disappoints us. The food is superb at every restaurant. The service is amazing, especially at the buffet for breakfast and lunch with Mardo and Archie. I highly recommend the resort. The only thing I did not like was the addition of the day beds by the pool area. It made it look messy, cluttered and less luxurious than what I remember without them. I would remove these. Similarily, the pool area has become very congested with loungers and the lounge pads need to be replaced. "

"I took my 6 year old twins there and they loved it. I loved how safe it felt, I traveled alone with my kids and I felt safe letting them run ahead to get something from the buffet, or to get a chair my the pool. I loved the food, I had tuna tartare, grilled shrimp and salmon everyday and it was amazing. The buffet was a very good meal option that we went to every breakfast and every one loved it. The kids loved the N.A. margaritas and if you tip they will bring them to you almost as soon as you set down your towel. The bad; it’s April and it was a gamble on the seaweed. The hotel did an amazing job dealing with the seaweed on the beach, but it was still in the ocean and not the best to swim in. So if the seaweed would ruin your vacation, I’d suggest a different location, but if you can deal with that one negative, this was an amazing place to stay with little kids. "
