El lugar es una casa aparentemente abandonada, estuve afuera del lugar por más de 2 horas, el lugar oscuro en pésimas condiciones, estuve llamando y no contestaron a pesar de realizar más de 10 llamadas. Me comunique con los de la aplicación y van a revisar mi caso, y en 5 días hábiles me dan el estatus. Ya que el servicio no es reembolsable. NO RENTAR ESTE LUGAR!!

Hi there, :)
I'm going to share my disappointing experience at this residence. I forgot to turn off the lights of my room one day and the next day the lady who is the wife of the owner came to my room with a very unpleasant tone of voice and very bad attitude complaining about why I left lights on. I explained to her that I forgot. :(
That was my last day of my stay and she kicked me out of her home asking a few times when I was going to leave; I responded that I was ready to leave at the check out time which was 11am.
The husband is very nice and kind person but he wasn't there on my last day so he could not do anything about her wife's behavior.

Guter Zwischenstopp- Ankunft nicht in der Nacht
Obwohl eine 24 Stunden Rezeption angegeben wird und wir uns per Mail und SMS nochmals rückversichert hatten, standen wir mitten in der Nacht vor einem verschlossenen, finsteren Haus.
Nur nach längerem verzweifelten Betätigen des Türklopfers erschien jemand.
Wir wurden dann kurz aber sehr freundlich empfangen.
Das Zimmer war eher klein aber nett und sauber.
Sehr schön fanden wir die Gemeinschaftsküche in der wir uns morgens Kaffee machen konnten.
Toll wäre ein Taxiabholdienst, denn unser Taxifahrer ist nachts über eine halbe Stunde durch Cancun geirrt obwohl die Unterkunft eigentlich sehr nahe am Flughafen liegt.

Safe and quiet. Fair according to price
It was relaxing and quiet. While in Cancun, I spent almost all of my time visiting the surrounding attractions: Tulum, Playa del Carmen, Puerto Morelos, Playa Delfines, Isla Mujeres, Mercado 28, and some others, so I only slept at Residencia los Encantos. Nevertheless, they have a nice pool.
