The room was clean. There was a mini split and a fan, which was nice. I didn't like the shower, but my husband didn't mind it. Breakfast was good and reasonably priced. There are restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The bus is a couple of blocks away, and for 12 pesos, it will take you to the hotel zone and the beach.

Great little spot. We are in Mexico so just remember that over all. But for the price and the room (I had the one with the spa) super nice room and little view on the top. Nice place and around some location markets you can walk to. Staff are great too

This hotel has unique and unusual rooms. They make really good pizza and salads, with good service. There's a lot of stairs and it takes energy to get around in the neighborhood. It's not a resort experience, but the pool is nice. I'm worried about the tortoise they keep in the lobby.

Everything in Cancun is much more expensive than in the past. This hotel has good rates, but poor cleanliness. When we got into our room we saw hair on the floor. When we left during the day, we asked staff to empty our garbage (they give you one small garbage bin for the whole room and you put your toilet paper in it, too). They didn’t empty our trash. Breakfast is stale cereal, juice, coffee, toast and fruit. We paid extra for chilaquiles which weren’t spicy like they should be. Hair dryer is super hot, I couldn’t use it. Hot water was great, good counter space. You can hear other people in the hotel because there’s glass doors and windows in the hotel room. No fan in the bathroom.

We stayed overnight due to a canceled flight. The staff were friendly, and helpful in getting us airport transportation in the morning (at a reasonable rate). The room was euro-style (smaller than American hotels), the pool and bar were nice. There was some road noise, and the smell of a backyard fire from next door, but both subsided by 11pm. It definitely has a local flavor, which we very much enjoyed!

if i could rate this hotel zero i would but i will give it one star for nice staff. But as far as the amenities i don't even know where to begin !!! To start off when we got there are bathroom sink was clogged the room had such an overpowering room spray they used on bed it gave me a headache!! Second our t.v. Didn't work when we complained they didn't come out until the third day to tell us the screen was out! They offered us to move to another much smaller room !! Then while there , there was no hot water we had to complain about that after a while it started working and on our last day there was no water at all!! We had to leave to airport with no shower!!! It was so bad we actually got one night in another hotel!!! So disappointed in our stay!!! We love to travel and this was one of our worst stays ever!!!

The hotel was nice but there was only a pool and no other amenities. We were also supposed to picked up from the airport but when I called the hotel I could not get through to anyone. We ended up taking a bus and a taxi at 10 pm at night.

The only reason I didn't leave a lower review is because the staff was so friendly. For what they're charging the water pressure and the shower was terrible, The faucet barely worked. The toilet barely flushed it looked nice inside but nothing worked as it should
