The room was clean and most things were fine (hot water not consistent and wrong wifi password given in the room though) and Ana was nice, but overall our check-in was difficult. The neighborhood seemed unsafe to arrive to at night and no one was there to let us in when we arrived (we only got in thanks to another traveler). Apparently Ana was supposed to come meet us at the time of our arrival, but we were never asked beforehand for that information and didn't know there would be no reception. Good enough hostel when you know in advance about the check-in.

Muy molesto que al llegar aunque EXPEDÍA me había ratificado que mi reservación estaba lista, la encargada me dijera que como no atendí sus llamadas había cancelado parte de mi reservación de varios días. También pedí estacionamiento y resulta que solo es un espacio. Estuve a punto de cancelar en el lugar.

Correspond aux attentes

Nous n'avons passé qu'une seule nuit a Casa de Ana suite à notre arrivée à l'aéroport de.Cancun, de nuit. Les indications pour trouver le lieu nous ont grandement facilité la tâche (bus depuis l'aéroport puis taxi, environ 10euros par personne) L'accueil a été très bien, la chambre est propre, le confort correspond à ce qui était indiqué et a l'échelle de prix. Nous sommes repartis tôt le matin, c'est l'idéal pour une nuit. La station de bus ADO est à environ 20min a pieds.

人がよかった。

友達と3泊しました。値段は少し高いですが、空港からの送迎があり、部屋の使い方の説明を丁寧にしてくれました。空港まで朝早くにタクシーを呼んでくれたり、非常に親切な対応でした。キッチンを使えるため、料理もできました。部屋は清潔で、ベッドがふかふかでした。シャワーのお湯は出ませんでした。立地は悪く、中心まで20分以上歩く必要がありました。

Check in was quick, the young lady was very nice. It's a bit of a challenge to find but it all worked out. Internet was good, nice hot water, quiet and clean.

Ideal for budget travellers

You get what you pay for. It's a reasonably good accommodation for such a low price. The location is very quiet, but bit far from downtown and all important places (like bus station). There's a shared open-air kitchen - kindda useful. The room itself is very basic (bed, desk, chair, few hangers). The bed was comfortable and clean. The water pressure in the shower is too low and there's no hot water. Very reliable and fast internet connection. Don't expect luxury, but comfortable sleep over.
