The fact that you could use the internet anywhare and on the beach that was awesome. The staff, paulo and all of the concierge were so awesome will definitely be back miguel at the rosotto restaurant was so awesome with his service

Ac never came above 25 degrees for 4 nights. We complained they gave us a fan to the end. The ladies at front desk were nice I have to say but everything else needs work. Rooms were ok and would have been great if the AC were working. We actually got 3 rooms and all 3 had same problem. Breakfast was excellent on the Sunday, they had a Maya cooking outside and presentation was amazing. The days after the servers were kind of slow and rude. Nice beach, great property but customer service was not on par.

The food is not good at all., and is not only me. I saw several customers asking if that was all the food you have on the buffet, also I always go to your hotel because you use to have 24 hours room service and now it's only untill 11:00 pm . Sorry but next year I might take another hotel. ( I went to your hotel for the last 3 years). You will not find my name because was reserved under another names. Years ago it was a real good hotel, not now

Good for families. Hotel was kept clean and staff for the most part were genuinely hospitable. It's not a super big resort compared to the other ones available in Cancun but definitely a nice and clean resort where you can relax and have a good time with family
