"The reserve area is beautiful, quiet and clean. Power outage one night was resolved in a few hours. The Atrium and the hanging plants are beautiful and give a sense of peace. The room was lovely. We wish the bathroom sink area was larger to put toiletries on. We were not able to swim in the ocean due to the waves but it was beautiful to look at. "

"I liked the hotel , it was big and nice . It had a lot of dinning options, food was great , a lot of activities . But I will have to make a suggestion, the hotel needs some improvements in maintenance, and cleaning, specially the hallways, and some other areas in general like exterior walls , things like that. Otherwise it was a great vacation. "

"Resort was very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and willing to assist with any questions. We had an amazing time at the Westin Resort and Spa. Only negative would be upon arriving there, we thought we were checking in, only to find out that there was a push for their Westin vacation package that included being in a 1.5 hour presentation. This is very deceiving to incoming visitors who have been on a long flight and haven't slept in a long time. "

"I highly recommend staying here!! It’s a beautiful property, it has a great view of the ocean from a couple of the pools and the hot tub, the breakfast buffet was good, and there were several other restaurants to choose from. We had a car, but there were bus stops within walking distance."

"Everything was great. Only complaints would be stomach issues, but I probably should has doused my pico in lime juice, and party pool bar smells like a full urinal, but that is not the Riu's fault. We liked the room, the food, the drinks. There was plenty of space and oceanfront seats. Great time at a beautiful resort. "
