"Overall, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated how clean, comfortable, and spacious the suite was. The room was well maintained and provided plenty of space to relax. The staff were one of the highlights of my stay. A special thank you to Francisco at El Botanero, Philippe at the Pool/Swim-Up Bar, and Raphael at Check-In/Check-Out. They were friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service that made my experience more enjoyable. One area that could definitely be improved is the entertainment and activities. There were not enough activities or entertainment options throughout the day and evening. Adding more pool activities, games, live entertainment, music, shows, or other organized events would make the resort experience much more enjoyable, especially for guests staying several days. The clean and spacious accommodations and wonderful staff were definite positives. With more entertainment and activities available for guests, the resort could provide an even better all-inclusive vacation experience."
