"We had many delays getting into Fort Lauderdale. Costa was terrific checking us in at 3am! The front desk was happy to communicate with us and reassure us the delay would not be a problem! Upon arrival, check-in was smooth. Our room was comfortably cool, for the Florida heat wave, the beds were tremendously comfortable, with perfect black-out drapes to get a few extra hours sleep after the long day of travel. We were greeted with a hand written note in our room, welcoming us to our stay. Very nice touch that you don’t see often. Beds were comfortable and rooms were very clean! However, the best part was waking up to the most amazing view of both the inter-coastal waterway and Atlantic Ocean! WOW! I want to also recognize the incredible staff. They were happy to help with any of our needs. Well done Costa! "
