"La limpieza es regular, algunas veces no te cambian la toallas o sacan toda la basura. El personal de recepción suele ser un tanto amable , otros no. El wifi anduvo bien, nuestra habitación era un poco pequeña , la nevera no enfriaba correctamente."

"Booked a city view but got stuck in a middle floor, we were on floor 1.5 (not kidding), worker didn’t even know that existed and we had to go back downstairs. Our city view was actually just the side of the own building.. room had a stuffy, possibly moldy smell. They were charging to store our vehicles and when we got there, they didn’t even have any available due to trying to profit off of the World Cup. "The hotel location was walking distance from South Beach. The hotel room is tiny but clean. Staff was amazing the cleaning crew and Hughes. Staff were amazing, I can’t say that enough. Only negative would be the pool, the energy of the guest was so boring that I opted out for the beach.
Overall, I would stay again."
