"I have booked two rooms for a friend and family member who visited us here in Bromsgrove. The party was very happy with their stay at the Bromsgrove Spa Hotel, the rooms were spacious, staff have been very friendly and they had a wonderful time. They did not like the smell of the shower gel in the bathroom. Suggestion: It would have been better if I had a choice at the time of booking to book a room with a shower as they both had a bath which made it difficult to climb in and out of the bath"

"Nick on the check in desk was exceptionally helpful in sorting out my room. The room was lovely, no noise at all. Breakfast was very good. The location of the hotel was perfect for anyone going to a concert at the Arena. "
