"Beds were clean and sheets. Lots of younger crowed. Did not have room ready at 3pm check in time. Had to wait 3 hours with my disabled mom in a wheel chair. I felt like they wanted you to spend your money gambling while you wait for your room. Room was also too dark, it only had 2 small lights and strip lights around bed. Parking is $25, even if your there for just an hour. Parking is too far away. I stayed at the Venetion that week and it was awesome. I would not stay again at the mgm."

"Everything was fine except my front light in the room didn't like turning on, my bathroom door wouldn't lock but I was by myself so that's not a big deal, and some of the employees in every department had some attitude. But it did not affect how much fun I had and I would probably come back for another visit"

"They only have 2 employees working in registration; need to have more people especially when check-in starts at 3 pm and especially when the customer have issues so itโs taking up the time to move that line. I was in line for at least an hour. Otherwise the hotel is great."
