"Was great"

"Nice clean room, spacious, huge walk in shower. Shuttle for a charge and waited longer than anticipated as it's not continuous but associated with Holiday Inn Express. Hotel isolated from eateries in area, but Bistro staff pleasant although food selection overpriced."

"Suite was very spacious and clean and room equipment was in good working condition despite being slightly outdated. Effort was made in adding high end touches to enhance the experience like bathrobes or towels at the pool. Very easy to park and access rooms. Swimming pool and hot tub were amazing and both at perfect temperature on a chilly day. Personnel very helpful. Works love to come back. Only minus point: they don’t serve breakfast. But there’s a mall nearby to make up for that."

"The Dylan is an amazing place to stay, just one BART stop from SFO, and walking distance to Millbrae Station. The staff (shoutout Nina!) was very nice and helpful, and their self-serve wine bar was a great treat after a long work day! Walking distance to some great Asian food, as well as a grocery stores and CVS, and a short Uber to downtown Burlingame, where there are more restaurant choices. "Our room & the hallway was unfortunately not clean (for example garbage was laying in the hallway to our room for over 1 day, leftover food was found on several spots of carpet of our room upon arrival and after requesting housekeeping, hairs were on bathroom floor, shower walls, shower curtain & sink, dead bug found in bathroom, heavy dust on bedframe). We were all woken up in the middle of the night (1am) by the alarm clock going off. We brought ear plugs due to previous reviews of noise level...
