"The hotel is in a beautiful location, and some of the newer rooms are much more comfortable than the older ones. However, the price is higher than what the overall experience justifies. The common areas could be better maintained, particularly the hot tub, which was not as clean as expected. The service was average and did not consistently meet the standards one would expect at this price point."

"Love the spa and food area. The hotel is out of style, they need to change out the carpets, our hallway smelled so bad! They didn’t clean our room until the evening and we would have to call them to come clean it and bring us toilet paper. It’s so expensive to stay there and it’s not worth it. We wanted to give it another try and we were not please again! I’m very sad because it’s a great place if it was updated and the cleaning service was good. Our water in the shower, leaked all night!
