"We had a great time staying here. The only things I could complain about is the receptionist on May 14 around 12 PM was a little rude with her facial expressions and tone while checking in and the Jacuzzi looked green during our stay but everything else was a 10 out of 10."

"Stayed here multiple times. Location is great; near the airport and walking distance to Liberty Station shops and restaurants. The walkway along the waterway behind the hotel is good for a morning walk. Staff is very helpful and respectful. Definitely will stay here again next trip to San Diego."

"I reserved a veranda room but was assigned a room that faced a wall and an area of dirt, with neither a view nor a usable balcony. When I brought this to the staff’s attention, I was told there was nothing they could do because the hotel was at capacity. This was surprising, as we arrived around 1:30 PM, well before the official check-in time. So it was unclear how the property could already be fully booked. "I liked the plants all over the hotel, the boat view, and the tables for food/drinks by the pool."

"Pretty beat up and run down"

"The hotel was great, nice and clean and well maintained. The breakfast was good too. Problem here is twofold. First, the location is extremely noisy being right alongside the Interstate on one side and a major artery on the other. Plus, there are airplanes passing right over. The other problem is parking. Most of the parking is in a cellar beneath the building. If you drive a car much bigger than a subcompact, you're going to have a difficult time."

"We got to the hotel almost 4 hours early and asked if we could have an early check-in — Jay was super helpful and accommodated us within 5 minutes (I know that's not always the case, but he let us know it may not be possible since they were sold out the previous night and was very nice about it). Our entire stay was perfect. The property is very well maintained, the staff was helpful and friendly, and the pool area is really cute with a ton of lounge areas, and we basically had it to ourselves...
