"From arrival at Nongsapura Ferry terminal , till you return, everything is seamless. Staff are super helpful and approachable. It was easy to book massage and lunch/dinner reservations. Booking the bugee, ordering in room dining all seamless through Whatsapp.
We encountered an issue on our 2nd day where we couldn’t enter room ( card/ lock issue). Thank you to the team it was resolved in 20mins. Only feedback would be to improve/ maintain room etc better. As some of the furniture looks a little...
