Fake photos of actual property. Rooms were dirty and lacked basic amenities like hand towels, bath soaps. Bathrooms were Very dirty. Closets were not cleaned, had empty shoe boxes. When complaint to front desk about deceiving photos, manager acknowledged that photo are not actual representation of state of current condition and didn’t apologized. I feel like property cheated us. Expedia should blacklist this property.

Good: great setting, good design of lobby & restaurant, great sea breeze at all times, transportation reliable and professional, nice pool, friendly & helpful staff Room for improvement: chalet rooms a bit old, all rooms need some paint and touch-up work, all closets quite dusty/dirty on arrival, not enough trash bins or bathroom floor mats, not enough hot water in showers, bathroom floors get very wet after showering/bathing, restaurant food quality/variety okay but food not kept very hot in warmers, fruit juices too watery, toaster not working well (and staff couldn’t fix problem), lots of oil from ships on beaches and rocks. Overall, resort looks great online, but in actuality, is somewhat rundown and not well-maintained, definitely NOT a four-star resort, I expected much better for the price I paid (over $800 SGD for four nights).

Short getaway

Overall the service of staff is good, condition of hotel room is alright and food is nice. But will be even better if improvement can be make for the below points: Will be good to look at the aircon system and the small kerb outside the hotel room (risk of tripping if did not notice it) Suggest to allow guest to order from ala crate menu even if there is a buffet lunch plan for that day. Suggest to have organise the check in and check out process. Guest are standing around the reception waiting and not knowing who is next in the line.

Pillows are dirty with stains and not maintained. No hair dryer although pay 400 over Sgd for a nite at 3 prrom chalet. Have to wait 1 to 2 hours before you are served dinner at their restaurant. Service is too slow. Breakfast is supposed to be served from 7 to 10 but before even 9am some items are already not available. Not a must come place. Disappointing for the price paid.
