"We had an excellent stay there. Hotel and rooms are modern and very well maintained. All the amenities are on par with other chain hotels with great facilities such as the gym and spa. Breakfast is as also fantastic. The staff in all aspects of service was outstanding in their attentiveness and politeness. The area is full of shopping and other activities as the beach is just a 3-5 minutes walk from the hotel. Highly recommend for a family stay."

"The staff are absolutely top tier to the point they are always checking in on you and also seeking constant feedback which it is a massive plus. The minute I have checked in they welcomed me in the best surprise as possible. If i had a chance on going back there again I would totally book this place again"

"The costumer services was excellent, the property clean, nice room, good breakfast, they offer tours here so you don’t have to worry if you didn’t book in advance, the only thing it’s important to know, is not located in central Ubud, its like 15-20 minutes from there, but they offer free shuttle once a day to drop you and pick you up.
They also have shuttle service to the airport for a fee."

"Great hotel in the Ubud jungle. Staff very very friendly. Bungalow set up was spacious. Only concern was a few mosquitos managed to squeeze into the rooms at night."
