"We had an absolute dream vacation at Puri Sebali. We love the property and we loved our room, but the wonderful staff were what made it an absolute dream! They were the best we have ever experienced! In the dining area, Rosi always went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and wanted – – and more. "Beautiful place to stay, a short distance from Ubud. The staff were welcoming and attentive and helped us book a fabulous sunrise tour to Mount Batur that included a visit to a coffee plantation, a waterfall and rice fields.
Breakfast was served in the peaceful dining area - delicious, freshly prepared and great service.
Highly recommend this accommodation and will stay there again!"

"Our stay at Novotel Bali Benoa was wonderful. The resort is very nice, clean, and beautifully maintained. You can tell the property is well taken care of, from the gardens to the rooms and common areas—everything felt comfortable, peaceful, and inviting.
The staff were one of the best parts of our stay. Everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their kindness and attention made the experience even more enjoyable and relaxing.
