"Beautiful view from the roof top. The roof top restaurant and swimming pool was nice. Beautiful lobby. Clean room. It felt opulent. "

"Great welcome on 24th floor by Ms Hazel. We stayed in room 2408 and room 2328. Prefer breakfast with the crowd on the ground level. Did not avail of club level dining as there’s many options in Greenbelt and Glorietta. Enjoyed listening to great performance with Jessie(?) singing Friday night up to 11pm.
New World Makati Hotel is clean and situated across luxury mall at Greenbelt 3.
SPA: Air conditioning is set TOO COLD for body massage and the temperature could not be adjusted.

"Great hotel! Beautiful , clean and comfortable rooms. Super servicey and friendly staff. Good food. Breakfast buffet was tasty. We travel a lot , all over the world, this was a great choice. "

"Loved my stay at the Shang. Staff were extremely friendly, loved doing laps in the pool, gym was fully equipped and huge. Everything was great and will definitely come back. "

"Next to Seaside. Within walking distance to Pubs and Bars. Very nice and clean Hotel with a beautiful Lobby and has a big spread of choices for Breakfast. Quiet place even though near to bars. Has a rooftop lounge which you can see 360 Degrees around the Hotel. Very nice and cosy atmosphere at the Rooftop Lounge, the live band was a little too lout when they were on though.
Good security all round the Hotel from Entrance to the lift lobby.
Will return when in Manila."
