"Good location and clean"

"Negatives: -The room allocated to me was not the room from photos! It was far inferior. Please don't be lead by photos when you book. -The shower has no water pressure and both soap holders were found empty at checkin. Positives: - The room is in a good location and it did the job for the short time I spent there. - The TV is a Smart TV with a live Netflix account. If I wasn't so tired would have definitely watched a movie."

"The location is truly convenient, just a short walk from the meeting spot I had in mind! However, I was disappointed to find it unclean and unpleasantly odorous, with a persistent cockroach problem that I find intolerable. The property owner should consider updating her online photos to more accurately reflect the current state, as they depict a much nicer space. If she could refurbish or give it a thorough cleaning to eliminate the smell and pests, it would significantly improve the experience."

"Ideal location, close to T3 and food outlets. Unfortunately no kettle supplied even after requested and microwave out of order."
