Great hotel in Madrid!

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! The rooms have a good size, the restaurantes are excellent on the property and they are always ready to help!

One of the best experiences we've had in Madrid. The staff was very nice (particularly Yana, who went out of her way to make sure our family was comfortable). Nice size rooms if you get a 1 bedroom, with plenty of space and amenities. Food was excellent at the Red Level lounge. Would definitely go back again.
