"The stand out was the service. Friendly staff and excellent service. Room service was speedy and if you had breakfast included there was no extra charge. We had an issue with our TV and someone was there within 2 mins.
The amenities in the bathroom smelt gorgeous. Loved the variety in the mini bar. Good size mugs for a cuppa.
Only down side was the water pressure in the shower."

"The Balmoral is a beautiful hotel! Its location is perfect since it’s close to all major attractions. The staff are accommodating and helpful. I’ve stayed in two different rooms and both were lovely and had great views. The restaurant is very good and the high tea in the Palm Court is superb!"
