W is for Welcoming and Wonderful
The staff here is consistently terrific. From the moment you arrive and are greeted by valets to the front desk, checking in after a long flight is one of the most welcoming I've ever encountered. They are cheerful, helpful and their recs are on point. And no matter if it's a drink, snack or meal, hanging out at STK always feels like you're at your neighborhood hangout. I love staying here!

Hi, Expedia. I was advised by the W Hotel that the photos you have advertised on this app are not an accurate representation of what the room I booked looks like. The room that was advertised on Expedia included a couch and when I checked into the W, they advised the photos Expedia uses are not an accurate representation of the room that was actually booked. This is quite disappointing as I’ve paid almost $2,000 to stay at the W and was under the impression that my room looked like the photos advertised when I placed my booking.
