"We had never been to Saas-Fee. We choose Hotel Allallin because it is close to bus station. When we arrived the hostess was so helpful. We told her we wanted to hike. She gave us good directions. She gave us the Saas Tal card which gave us free use of the cable cars. She suggested that we should have time that afternoon to do a second hike."

"the stay was like in a Wes Anderson Movie, with the staff as special characters. Everyone was very sympathetic and helpful. Felipe the driver made the transfers fun.
