"The experience was great, as the hotel offers many options so you don't need to leave it to have a good time. The pool is very good and the staff on the pool bar is excellent! The breakfast is awesome with many different options and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The gym is also good and Khine was very helpful explaining how the area worked. Definitely a great choice in Phuket!"

"ファミリールーム（2階）で3泊の滞在。我々は普通のファミリールームでしたが、一階のプールにすぐ出られる部屋が便利そうでした。小さめのプールが何個もあり、深さも色々で小さい子から楽しめると思います。ウェルカムフルーツとしてオレンジとりんごが4つずつ。更に子供が誕生日だとフロントが気づいてくれてフロントを通った際に呼び止められてバースデーソングを歌ってお祝いしてくれ、更に翌日部屋までフルーツとカードを届けてくれました。小さなキッチンもあり、ナイフやカトラリー、お皿と洗剤、スポンジもあったのでオレンジを切ったり絞って飲むことも出来て良かったです。洗面所は洗面台、便座、シャワーブースがまとまっており、シャワーブースにはカーテンや扉がなかったものの水量は十分。ランドレット（コインランドリー）があったのも助かりました。洗剤は自分で用意する必要がありますが、ホテルのすぐ向かいにTops dailyがあり、10バーツ位で小さい袋を買えます。 "

"Great hotel. Breakfast was good and better than most places we have been to in phuket. The pool area is quiet during the day, but busier at night. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, great value for the price."

"Das Hotel war super. Wir würden es nochmal besuchen. Wir erhielten ein gratis Zimmerupgrade. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und vielfältig. Das Hotel veranstaltet jeden Abend eine andere Küche zum Abendessen (Buffet), dies haben wir gegen Kosten im Anspruch genommen, hat sich auch gelohnt. Beide Pools sind wirklich toll und sauber sowie die Zimmer. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen. Die Gäste vor Ort waren alle auch sehr angenehm. Man hat sich wirklich wohl gefühlt. "

"Close proximity to everything. After the first night we were asked about our stay at breakfast, we advised them that the side of the hotel that faced onto the road was very noisy We were then contacted by front desk and offered a room at the back of the resort. This section of the resort was perfect and quiet. Highly recommend the Mood Rooms. Excellent service from all staff."
