"Über den Geschmack der Einrichtung lässt sich natürlich streiten (unser Zimmer war etwas Trumpesque eingerichet), aber das Bett war hervorragend, mit qualitativ hochwertiger Matratze und ausgezeichnetem Bettzeug. Sauberkeit perfekt, Service zuvorkommend, gutes Buffetfrühstück inkl. Das alles für den Preis von 126€/Nacht für ein Twin ist gerade noch angemessen, aber nur wenn man auch noch die Location (Venedig, Bahnhofsnähe) bedenkt."

"Hotel is nice, breakfast is ample choice. Room only has one plug and that is in the bathroom! There is a book that says Do not use your own hairdryer, curling tongs or straightener, use the hair dryer provided. You also have to use this one and only plug in room 102 to charge your phone, laptop etc! All plugs in room are blanked off other than some are light switches. This for me let it down slightly. Mini fridge is empty, no air con that’s off, safe is not screwed down so it could be taken...

We had picked this stay for the spa facilities but this was undergoing maintenance and another guest had told us that the hotel charges extra for guests to use it (per hour) which was disappointing. "Fantastic location right on the canal by the rialto bridge! It was great being able to walk right out of the room into the heart of the city. "Ugh got the 1st floor - traveling solo I always try to avoid for safety. But they were full - claimed I was upgraded to bigger room - I would have rather kept my single small one up higher. But worse - the first floor is a dark like a basement. The windows are darkly frosted so no view no light no idea weather outside let alone natural light. may as well not had any windows. Horrid would never go back."
